You can message me and I will book you in. Or follow these steps to book yourself in.
STEP ONE: SIGN IN

Sign in and create an account to manage your bookings.

STEP TWO: BOOK IN

GO FOR IT! Book in your classes, you do not need credit to book a class. Please write FREE TRIAL in the message box and Sweat Co will update your booking.

STEP THREE: BEFORE CLASS

For your first class please arrive 5 minutes early to sign the health waiver & declaration forms and have a quick chat with your trainer.

​

WHAT TO BRING?

You will need a yoga mat, water bottle, towel & phone for safe entry check in. Please read over the T & Cs. 



STEP FOUR: HOW TO PAY IN FUTURE?

Sweat Co accepts PAYNOW, CHEQUE and CASH, please note Sweat Co cannot accept cash in the park, N-Parks policy.
