Sweat Co
Sweat Co is a community of fitness lovers addicted to the feel-good endorphins from their sweaty outdoor bootcamps. The sweat team take their sessions seriously and love having a good giggle mid burpee and sprinting like no one's business for that last lap around the park.
Sweat Co classes are located in the east of Singapore at Telok Kurau Park and Greenfield Drive Playground. Classes are kept small, 5 - 14 max per class and can be adapted to suit your level.
We love bodyweight and cardio conditioning, mixing it up with boxing, free weights, slam balls and getting a little nuts on speed & agility drills.

I was a late bloomer. I found my inner athlete in my late 20’s. Bitten by wanderlust, I had packed up and moved from Sydney to London and was loving my life but found myself frustrated with the disregard I had for my health.
As my 30s approached, I made a commitment to be healthy and content, inside and out. I was done with the self loathing. I joined a gym, stopped binging on McVites, moderated my weekends and became a fitness ninja. When we moved to Brooklyn, I dumped the big name gyms for running in Prospect Park and strength training at a local community gym.
We settled into our new life in Singapore and during my quest to find my new fitness family, I fell in love with outdoor bootcamps. This love affair became pretty serious. Significant life changes including becoming a mother of two energetic boys, motivated me to study for my ACE personal trainer certification.
Driven by the overwhelming need to create a fitness community dedicated to inspiring everyone to find their fitness ninja. Sweat Co was born.
