Mobility keeps you bendy and reduces the chances of hurting yourself when you’re boxing vigorously or doing random chores around the house. As well as introducing full-body movements, we will concentrate on SHOULDER and HIP mobility. What is mobility? Mobility is the active control of joint(s) in different positions. Mobility makes movement easier. More mobility and movement variety translate to the mitigation of injuries. We will introduce several exercises which you can incorporate into your personal routine to improve your mobility.
