Boxing For Fitness Workshop

Have you always wanted to start boxing but are not sure how? Have you been boxing for a while, looking to level up? Sign up for Sweat Co’s boxing workshop on 11 March 2023! The boxing workshop will teach beginners the fundamentals of boxing for fitness, including boxing techniques, training styles, and different exercises to get your heart pumping hard! If you have boxed before - fret not! We will cater the boxing workshop based on your fitness and experience levels. If you have experience in boxing, we will teach you to gear up for the next level and hone your fighting instincts. Our workshop will focus on levelling up your speed, agility, and punching strength. You will also learn how to protect yourself when boxing using the correct techniques. We will emphasise the importance of engaging your body in order to punch effectively and accurately. The class will be kept small. Pace is slow, this is NOT a Sweat Co sweat session. This will be conducted as a workshop, and you will receive one-on-one coaching. Boxing requires a lot of focus, so come prepared! ;-) Bring gloves, pads, and inners if you have them, spare equipment will be available to borrow.
You must cancel your booking at least 12 hours ahead of the class. No shows and late cancellations will be deducted from your account.
