SweatQUICKIE is a 45-minute moderately paced outdoor sweat session with a super friendly and supportive small crew. Emphasis is on low-impact and strength-building exercises, complemented with just the right amount of plyometrics and short running drills, easily modified to suit ALL FITNESS LEVELS. SweatQUICKIE is inspired to counteract the Monday Blues; we want you to come away from class feeling energised, refuelled after the weekend, and ready to power through a new week. We DO NOT want to empty that tank, SweatQUICKIE is your Monday JUMPSTART. Equipment is provided. SweatQUICKIE focuses on bodyweight movements, often using resistance and mini band, agility ladders, and free weights during circuit sessions.
