This is our Hump Day fave and strength variation of SweatCAMP. The focus is on building strength and improving form, where intervals are longer, the pace a little slower with bursts of cardio to keep the heart rate up. SweatSTRONG targets the entire body - resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and med balls come out to play. We encourage and focus on form first before adding on weight when you've mastered the movements.
